About the role
- Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment
- Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence

- Focus on clinical outcomes using CareConnect platform to streamline treatment planning and data collection
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Experience leading ABA therapy delivery in a center-based environment (preferred)
- Ability to provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians
- Skill in developing and implementing assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Experience engaging parents during on-site training sessions
- Ability to maintain high-quality clinical services through supervision and data-driven decision-making
- Earn a base salary of $80,000–$95,000
- Weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month)
