About the role
- Deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in-home or center-based settings
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
- Support new clients, model programs, run assessments, coach Behavior Technicians, and strengthen family relationships
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and Clinical Excellence Team for layered clinical support
- Coordinate with operations team for scheduling and onboarding logistics
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential (title indicates BCBA)
- Ability to deliver and oversee ABA therapy across virtual and in-home or center-based settings
- Experience supervising and supporting Behavior Technicians virtually and during in-person visits
- Ability to develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Experience engaging parents with monthly parent training
- Skill in maintaining high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
- Comfortable with a 50/50 split between remote work and in-person client visits
- Base salary of $80,000–$95,000
- Weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month)
