About the role

  • Explore new customers relentlessly across all channels (phone, email, field, WhatsApp, events), leveraging your prospecting, networking and referral skills.
  • Make the CentralApp platform stand out by positioning it as the indispensable tool for entrepreneurs and small business owners.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure a smooth, seamless client experience from first contact through contract signing and the start of onboarding.
  • Prioritize partners: maintain active communication and take part in field events and initiatives with our local partners and systems integrators.
  • Stay connected to the field: gather valuable market insights and help evolve our offering based on the specific needs of local customers.
  • Act as CentralApp’s ambassador in francophone markets and proudly promote our mission: making digital solutions accessible and powerful for all SMEs.

Requirements

  • Passionate about the restaurant and hospitality industry: you keep up with trends and know where to find the best venues.
  • Strong understanding of how local businesses operate and the challenges they face — we’re here to support them.
  • Energized by human interaction across all channels and committed to supporting entrepreneurs in their growth; you demonstrate attentive listening and contagious energy.
  • Skilled at explaining complex technological concepts in a clear, engaging way, with a genuine commitment to making technology accessible to everyone.
  • Highly autonomous and rigorous, while welcoming constructive feedback with enthusiasm and embracing a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Fluency in French is essential; a strong command of English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality/restaurant sector or with SaaS solutions for local businesses is a valued advantage.
