Administrative Assistant

• The Administrative Assistant is responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical duties pertaining to the operation of the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. The position is part of UC Law SF’s Community Justice Clinics and reports to the Director of the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. Typical duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Communicate effectively, professionally, and timely, over the phone and email, with potential and actual clients. Manage and organize mail and other records Maintain confidentiality of such information. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.

Director

• Lead the strategies, development, and execution of a comprehensive Annual Giving Program to increase alumni participation and giving
• Manage a portfolio of 100 to 150 mid-level donors (current and lapsed) to deepen engagement, assess philanthropic potential, and increase annual support
• Prospect for mid-level donors and proactively engage with alumni to build relationships and create long-term cultivation strategies
• Collaborate with fundraising colleagues and consultants to design and execute strategic annual giving plans and multi-channel fundraising campaigns
• Craft and produce compelling fundraising messaging and appeals across digital and print platforms tailored to segmented audiences
• Monitor campaign performance and giving trends; produce reports with insights and recommendations for optimization
• Serve as a strategic partner and fundraising advisor to campus stakeholders and coordinate volunteer-driven fundraising efforts
• Support Advancement-led and campus-wide events that contribute to donor stewardship and community building
• Analyze donor behavior, campaign engagement, and communication metrics to inform segmentation, messaging, and overall strategy
• Support review of gift entry to ensure accuracy of philanthropic donations
• Contribute to ongoing evaluation and refinement of Annual Giving operations and perform other related duties as needed in support of the Advancement team’s goals

Assistant Director, Annual Giving

Program Manager

• The Senior Program Manager, Alumni Engagement plays a vital role in strengthening the lifelong bond between UC Law San Francisco and its vibrant alumni community. Reporting to the Director of Alumni Engagement, this role leads the strategy and execution of signature events, volunteer programs, and engagement initiatives that cultivate meaningful relationships, professional networks, and lasting loyalty among more than 23,000 alumni. In close collaboration with Advancement team members and colleagues across the UC Law SF campus, the Senior Program Manager activates the alumni network, creates pathways for meaningful connection, and inspires philanthropic support that advances the mission of the law school. With a strong emphasis on relationship-building and program execution, this role serves as a connector, advocate, and ambassador who will engage alumni in ways that celebrate their achievements and keep them meaningfully tied to the institution and each other. Typical duties and responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to, the following: Alumni Engagement Lead and Innovate: In collaboration with the Director of Alumni Engagement, develop and execute dynamic strategies that deepen alumni involvement and unlock new fundraising opportunities across regional chapters and affinity groups. Own Key Relationships: Take the lead on a portfolio of alumni chapters and affinity groups, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent engagement, event success, and sustained activity. Drive New Initiatives: Identify emerging trends and design creative programs that reimagine how alumni connect with each other and with the institution, whether virtually and in person. Empower Volunteer Leaders: Oversee key volunteer-led initiatives, equipping alumni with the tools and motivation so they become a strong network of ambassadors who help drive meaningful outreach efforts. Communications and Outreach: Develop and disseminate engaging content through various channels (email, social media, newsletters) to keep alumni informed and connected. Data Management and Analysis: Track and analyze alumni engagement metrics and use data to inform future strategies and improve programs. Event Management Produce High-Impact Events: Lead the planning and flawless execution of signature alumni events ensuring a high-quality experience for attendees. Oversee all aspects of events from budgets, contracts/permits, and timelines to program development, promotion, and staffing. Create detailed event briefings and post-event reports. Own the Alumni Events Calendar: Manage the comprehensive alumni events calendar, ensuring strategic alignment across alumni engagement and fundraising initiatives. Be the Face of the Event: Serve as a primary point of contact for event participants, campus collaborators, and volunteer teams—delivering a high level of service and support before, during, and after events.

Senior Program Manager, Alumni Engagement

• Under the direction of the Deputy Director of Academic Program Services and in collaboration with the Director of Academic Program Services, the Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing operational, program and administrative support to the faculty, faculty-led research and other programmatic centers including general support to the academic program. The Administrative Coordinator will demonstrate excellent customer skills, possess superior organization and technical skills, and maintain impeccable attention to detail. The incumbent will be capable of managing multiple deadlines and priorities and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment both independently and as a team player.
• Act as the point of contact for all faculty-led center and program events; coordinate faculty center or program events including publicity, event logistics, event budget, developing materials, managing webpage and registration, and processing travel arrangements and reimbursements.
• Undertakes other general administrative duties and assists with special projects related to centers and programs; maintains department / academic program webpage; coordinate MCLE compliance for faculty-led center and program events.
• Assist Faculty Events Planner on faculty hosted events including publicity, event set-up, tear-down and day-of support, developing and printing event materials, managing webpage and registration, and processing travel reimbursements; reconcile and submit event related invoices for payment or reimbursement; assist with data collection, data maintenance and reporting; maintain department / academic program webpage; support MCLE re-application process and record keeping.
• Provide administrative and day-to-day operational support of Academic Program Services through the Provost & Academic Dean’s Office such as data collection, analysis and reporting, event and space planning support and other special projects.
• Assist with monthly faculty meetings including logistics, meeting materials, taking meeting minutes and providing technical support, as needed; assist with confidential faculty and student matters, contracts/appointments and other related project and tasks; provide front office coverage and support, as needed; special projects, duties and tasks, as assigned.
