Support management and overall oversight of compliance with organizational and Health Plan contract requirements
Collaborate with Centene Health Plans, corporate functions, and third-party vendors to facilitate contract compliance
Oversee Procurement Contract Center of Excellence (CoE) templates, playbooks, clause library, policies, and procedures
Coordinate execution of Product Attachments and related compliance requirements prior to awarding business to a vendor
Monitor submission of contract requests to the Health Plans to ensure timely, accurate, and appropriate submission and turnaround time
Support contracting standards and related procedures including contract templates, playbooks, clause library, checklists, policies, and procedures
Provide analysis and reporting of compliance projects, pilots, and standards for Contract CoE
Assist with identifying and resolving inefficiencies, training staff/peers on standards and requirements, and developing quarterly plans to improve processes and update standards
Maintain detailed and accurate records of contract compliance documents, update contract management systems, and document approvals according to policies
Address and resolve questions or issues related to contract compliance requirements with vendors
Work with Corporate Legal, Compliance, Business SMEs, Category Management, and other departments to implement contract compliance standards
Deliver customer service to internal stakeholders, respond to inbound requests in line with procurement SLAs, and provide frequent updates on contract status
Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience required
General knowledge of procurement concepts and processes required
1+ years experience with reviewing complex legal and commercial terms and raising risk exposures under general supervision required
3+ years experience with any, multiple, or all the following: compliance or regulatory experience in a health care and/or managed care setting/organization, government procurement and flow down requirements for subcontractors or third-party vendors, and/or drafting contract templates, terms and conditions, and improving contracting processes required
Training and presentation skills preferred
Experience with government procurement (FAR/DFAR) or CMS-related contracting preferred
Experience with ServiceNow, Coupa and/or other ticket management and contract lifecycle management tools preferred
