Perform ongoing measurement, analysis, and monitoring of business process and member outcomes data sets
Perform ongoing quantitative and statistical analysis of performance data to include HEDIS measures, service utilization and member/provider complaint trends
Develop HEDIS measures, service utilization and all quality report extraction specifications
Develop and update quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports including analysis and narrative for NCQA accreditation and Health Plan deliverables
Perform other performance and process improvement activities as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, Social Work, Biostatistics, or related field
2+ years of performance and statistical analysis or quality improvement experience
Experience in public sector managed care/managed behavioral health care preferred
Experience with standard statistics software preferred
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
