About the role
- Leads the review and analysis of current complex contact center operational processes to provide data-driven insights
- Works alongside other team members and other key stakeholders to set objectives and develop improvements to contact center processes
- Develops and implements strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and/or business processes
- Presents alternative options and recommendations for operational improvement
- Manages the analysis of operational inefficiencies and develops improvement opportunities for contact center processes
- Facilitates the development and enhancement of data reporting assets
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's degree
- 4 – 6 years of related experience
- Equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position
