💰 $19 - $24 per hour
About the role
- Engage with our public library customers to meet or exceed your sales targets
- Identify and prospect potential new library customers within your territory
- Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to potential and current customers
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Prospect, present, propose, and close sales of our large print lists
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred); equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and closing skills
- Proactive and dedicated to delivering high-quality outcomes
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with or in public libraries, knowledge of the publishing industry and experience with large print books is a plus.
