About the role
- Own and manage end-to-end recruiting processes
- Act as a strategic talent partner to the business
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR partners
- Meet regularly with business leaders to review progress

- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of diverse talent
- Utilize Workday Recruit to manage requisitions

Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders
- Experience using WorkDay as an ATS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to interpret recruiting metrics
- Proven success partnering with hiring managers and HR colleagues
- Passion for attracting and hiring diverse talent
