Complete renewals on small and medium-sized CUI renewals.
Programmatically manage pricing and billing for Inclusive Access, Equitable Access, and CUI programs.
Drive growth in conversions and upsells using data.
Ensure account revenue meets or exceeds forecasts.
Support Account Executives and District Managers in planning.
Lead customer kickoff calls, ensuring they understand and use available resources.
Maintain consistent contact with customers through various communication channels.
Develop and implement strategies for business expansion.
Monitor sales activities and progress against goals.
Introduce CU-I as a solution for affordability initiatives.
Conduct formal customer success reviews and identify new business opportunities.
Communicate customer requirements to the Product team.
Record customer activities in Salesforce.com.
Stay updated on campus systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of sales/marketing/account management experience in a B2B role.
Demonstrated skill in establishing and nurturing connections with essential collaborators.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skilled in organization and planning.
Excellent business sense and financial expertise.
Proficient in technology and common software tools.
