About the role
- Lead the enterprise-wide Salesforce strategy, architecture, and execution across Cengage Group.
- Oversee all aspects of Salesforce platform delivery, governance, and innovation.
- Partner closely with executive stakeholders across business units and build a high-performing Salesforce organization capable of delivering continuous value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology leadership, including 5+ years leading large-scale Salesforce programs.
- Proven success in delivering multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and enterprise application integration.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, governance, and platform capabilities.
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification required; additional certifications preferred.
