• Dar soporte, administrar y mantener actualizadas las plataformas de Kardex, y Academia Cadena de Suministro
• Diseñar y desarrollar cursos especializados de acuerdo con las necesidades, el perfil y competencias del rol.
• Administrar las herramientas SPP, Ancile uPerforme y Sistema Kardex, para gestionar cursos, reportes, materiales de capacitaciones
• Gestionar alta de usuarios tanto interno y externos en plataformas SABA y Kardex
• Soporte y solución a los usuarios en el uso de la plataforma de SABA
• Gestionar las capacitaciones en línea, virtuales y presenciales que requiera la VP, para asegurar la transferencia del conocimiento hacia los empleados.
• Proponer y diseñar planes de comunicación para diferentes temas de Seguridad y Academia Cadena de suministro.
• Seguimiento de rotación de operadores terceros y coordinación con lideres de iniciativa para la implementación de planes de acción.
• Análisis de indicadores y desarrollo propuestas buscando la retención de Operadores.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Participate in the definition of CEMEX global strategy, and the roadmap to achieve our vision, including key levers and enablers that support strategy execution
• Develop strategic frameworks to guide company’s strategy execution and communication
• Explore trends regarding strategy definition and execution in both our industry and others
• Analyze markets' conditions, new industries, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities
• Leadership of strategic project analysis for top management decision making
• Coordination of global initiatives supporting and connecting regions and areas across Cemex
• Develop Business case analysis for investment decisions
• Lead project work streams of internal consulting projects for CEMEX worldwide
• Participate in M&A transactions, developing strategic fit analysis to support valuation models (DCF, multiples, etc.) & evaluating transaction investment metrics

• Support strategic growth and portfolio rebalancing initiatives through the identification, evaluation and execution of mergers and acquisitions opportunities across geographies worldwide
• Overseeing the end-to-end implementation of new market entries, partnerships, or business initiatives
• Analyze market conditions, competitive dynamics, and industry performance to identify opportunities which would improve CEMEX’s positioning as a leader in the building materials industry
• Prepare materials and present recommendations for top management meetings, including the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and other forums
• Ensure timely, accurate, and structured communication with all stakeholders, including internal teams, banks, consultants, counsels
• Conduct business valuations using methods like DCF (Discounted Cash Flow)
