Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma
  • 1-3 years experience in dispatching in a similar industry
  • 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
  • Proven track record of meetings and exceeding service standards
  • Proficient in the use of smartphones
  • Digital tools and app management across IOS and Android platforms
  • Advanced skills in MS Office suite
  • Bilingual (desirable)
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent writing, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
