About the role

  • Drive a cultural transformation toward high performance
  • You will advance the shift to a new CELUM culture based on ownership, accountability, and clarity.
  • You will diagnose and address cultural issues that contribute to friction or unwanted turnover.

  • Strategic partner to the management team
  • You will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CFO, CPO, and CGO on organizational strategy and people matters.
  • You will provide honest, evidence-based insights and constructively challenge the status quo when necessary.
  • You will support strategic workforce planning, restructurings, and scale-up initiatives.
  • Leadership development & organizational design
  • You will coach leaders on conflicts, performance issues, communication challenges, and team dynamics.
  • You will strengthen organizational structures, create role clarity, and improve cross-functional interfaces.
  • You will facilitate leadership workshops, team interventions, and culture-shaping initiatives.
  • Lead and empower the HR team
  • You will give the HR team direction through guidance, coaching, and clear prioritization.
  • You will ensure operational excellence in recruiting and people operations.
  • You will ensure compliance with Austrian labor law and maintain high professional HR standards.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of HR experience, including leadership responsibility
  • Proven track record in culture transformation, organizational development, and leadership development
  • Experience building and restructuring organizations toward high-performance environments (ideally Tech/SaaS)
  • Strong coaching skills and the confidence to constructively challenge senior leaders
  • Deep knowledge of Austrian labor law
  • Very good German and English skills (C1)
  • High resilience, structured thinking, and the ability to work with ambiguity
  • Hands-on, pragmatic approach with high integrity and organizational maturity
  • Passion for creating an environment where people perform, grow, and stay

  • Annual salary of at least EUR 70,000 for this part-time leadership role, depending on experience and seniority
