About the role

  • Manage day to day operations and performance of the Water Hygiene team
  • Provide technical support and leadership across the client portfolio and field teams
  • Line manage Engineers, Risk Assessors, and Plumbers, including reporting calls, reviews, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, H&S standards, and industry regulations through audits and site visits
  • Deliver monthly operational and performance reports to senior management
  • Coordinate training, equipment, PPE, materials, and calibration requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams and Account Managers, including oversight of overtime, timesheets, and pay adjustments

Requirements

  • Proven line management experience
  • Strong background in Water Hygiene & Legionella control
  • Up-to-date Legionella Awareness training
  • Good working knowledge of H&S, RAMS, COSHH & HSG274 Part 2
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Team-focused leader with strong communication skills
