• Provide end-to-end project management for environmental claims projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project budgeting and invoicing, ensuring deadlines and targets are met in line with client service level agreements.
• Gather robust fieldwork data and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Oversee subcontractors and remediation contractors throughout project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and ensure all milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
• Complete factual and interpretative Preliminary Risk Assessments (desk-based and intrusive).
• Write technically sound and commercially focused proposals, scopes, and reports.
• Undertake environmental risk assessments in accordance with current legislation and best practice.
• Ensure all technical work meets required standards and client expectations.
