About the role
- Oversee the technology platforms supporting all patient communication channels, including email, SMS, voice and AI bots.
- Monitor communication volumes, budget impact, and patient experience metrics.
- Lead the implementation of new Epic communication features across relevant Epic applications, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems.
- Optimize digital tools for patient outreach to align with clinical and operational goals.
Requirements
- Five (5) plus years of Epic program analysis/management supporting patient communications, preferably working with Epic Hello World implementation.
- Solid grasp in healthcare operations, patient communications, and/or AI-enabled solutions.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and experience managing multiple projects.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, healthcare, or related field.
- Epic Certification required. (preferably in MyChart, Cadence, Ambulatory, and/or Inpatient).
