About the role

  • Help design, develop, and run operational/financial databases associated with Telecommunications systems.
  • Responsible for developing customized reports in response to requests from user groups.
  • Develops fraud protection reports that identify possible sources of fraud and abuse.
  • Assists in the creation of medical center policies.
  • Procure, provision and support corporate cellular and paging inventory and databases.

Requirements

  • Three (3) plus years of experience in the delivery of telecommunications.
  • Knowledge of Mobile device support i.e. cellular and pagers experience.
  • MS Word and Excel.
  • Cisco experience and other Telecom support experience.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare, or related area (preferred).
  • Cisco certification preferred (Voice platform).
