About the role
- Coordinate and direct the operations of Accounts Payable for Cedars-Sinai Health System and its affiliates.
- Ensure compliance with local, state and federal tax reporting.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures around Accounts Payable process.
- Design and implement internal controls around cash disbursements.
- Lead the A/P function ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Develop spending policies and procedures to prevent fraud and waste of company resources.
- Prepare and monitor department budget and expenses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related major required.
- A minimum of 10 years of Accounts Payable experience in large organizations.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience with leading teams.
- A minimum of 5 years of accounting or finance experience.
