About the role

  • Provides management for Cedars-Sinai's partnerships and sponsorships team.
  • Leads all health system partnership grantmaking, sponsorships, and grants management aspects.
  • Partners with the Executive Director to maintain a best-in-class grantmaking program.
  • Develops funding recommendations, negotiates grant agreements and leads grant application processes.
  • Oversees data management in areas such as application and reporting processes, database management, and the use of data.
  • Provides strategic partnership and support on grantmaking initiatives to benefit Los Angeles communities.
  • Supervises CBGO staff carrying out grants management, sponsorship protocols and other grantmaking projects.
  • Stewards relationships with internal partners and oversees ongoing intra- and inter-departmental process rollouts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration or a related field of study is required.
  • Master's in MPH, MBA, MPP, MHA, or a related field of study preferred
  • A minimum of 8 years of Experienced in Academic, non-profit, corporate, or consulting environment;
  • Knowledge of Healthcare field and understanding of grant making best practices required.
