About the role
- Complete a sophisticated, highly-detailed onboarding process for clinical and non-clinical faculty new hires, promotions and transfers.
- Serve as main point of contact for new hire and transferring candidates during the onboarding process.
- Educate employees and leaders about onboarding processes.
- Ensure timely and compliant hiring while maintaining confidentiality and protecting personal information.
- Maintain dashboard with current and accurate data input
- Draft communications and launch initial onboarding tasks.
- Enroll new faculty in mandatory online training courses and track completion.
Requirements
- Two (2) plus years of experience in an administrative role within Human Resources Onboarding or Medical Staff credentialing, preferred in an Academic Medical Center supporting Faculty/Physician/Advanced Practice Provider onboarding/credentialing.
- Two (2) plus years of experience processing high volume hiring/onboarding within a healthcare organization preferred.
- Familiar with Physician/APP credentialing experience highly desired.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related area preferred
