Recruitment

• High-volume recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of clinical personnel (Registered Dietitians, CDCESs, RNs, etc.) to appropriately staff customer programs based on member volume and forecasted staffing needs
• Partner with the Clinical team on the selection process
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of clinical candidates through sourcing and engagement
• Support with call center and corporate recruitment efforts as needed
• Support with the development of full life cycle recruitment processes, procedures, and policies to drive scalability and efficiency
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local employment-related laws and regulations and ensure compliance
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of each unique customer program
• Report to the Sr. HR Manager and play an active role in recruitment process development
• Other duties as assigned
