Key responsibilities & impact

Provide video/audio visits with patients requiring expert intervention in the management of their diabetes and/or their weight management
Supervise patient care delivered by non-physician clinicians through case review meetings
Support patients on all diabetes therapies (orals, injectables, insulin, etc.)
Support patients on all diabetes technologies (pumps, CGM, connected pen, apps, etc.)

Requirements

What you’ll need

MD or DO degree required
Active MD (Doctor of Medicine) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathy) license in at least one state
Board Certification
Active DEA license
Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team
Strong computer skills
Expertise with supporting patients on diabetes therapies (orals, injectables, insulin, etc.)
Expertise with supporting patients on diabetes technologies (pumps, CGM, connected pens, apps, etc.)
Proficient with EMR platforms and medical billing
