About the role
- Design and architect the end-to-end SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) environment
- Define and implement a scalable Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) strategy
- Lead integration efforts between SailPoint and enterprise security tools
- Partner with Agency Leads and stakeholders to translate business and mission requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure alignment with Federal ICAM standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity
- 8+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience in federal government environments or private industry, OR 12 years of IAM experience
- Proven expertise in designing multi-tier architectures for large-scale enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of NIST 800-63 (Digital Identity Guidelines) and federal identity and access management frameworks
- Ability to obtain or currently hold a Public Trust security clearance (or higher)
