Lead enterprise client engagements, workshops, and end to end implementations across Microsoft Security, Identity, and Collaboration platforms
Architect and deliver solutions for Microsoft Defender XDR, Purview (Information Protection & Compliance), Teams Phone, Sentinel, and Active Directory / Hybrid Identity across Microsoft 365, Azure, and on prem environments
Design and implement Defender XDR protections, threat hunting, and incident response integrated with Sentinel
Define security, identity, compliance, and collaboration strategies; deliver roadmaps, assessments, and remediation plans

Requirements

5+ years of consulting experience in Microsoft Cloud Security, Identity, or Modern Workplace
Deep, hands on expertise in at least three of the following: Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Teams Voice, Microsoft Sentinel, Active Directory & Hybrid Identity
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Zero Trust principles
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC 200/300/400, MS 700, AZ 500) or equivalent experience
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA, or GDPR
