About the role

  • Manage non-complex bids and opportunities with enabled support
  • Own the completion of assigned bid responses, including planning and execution
  • Engage internal departments and external vendors to gather necessary information
  • Collaborate with account managers to produce cost models and commercials
  • Support Bid Managers on qualified complex opportunities
  • Produce and manage bid plans, including resources, deliverables, timelines, and risk management
  • Coordinate clarifications with customers and ensure timely, compliant submissions
  • Author and review bid content, leveraging both custom and library material
  • Initiate lessons learned processes and contribute to boilerplate libraries

Requirements

  • Ability to follow and apply the bid management process effectively
  • Strong relationship-building skills with sales teams and internal stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Office 365 applications
  • Good understanding of technology and IT services concepts
  • APMP Foundation certification (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong commercial awareness and meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and action-oriented
  • Confident in guiding subject matter experts and working collaboratively
