About the role
- Provide individual and family psychotherapy in the home environment
- Provide insight into family dynamics and provide assistance in the development of adaptive skills
- Provide clinical progress notes and development of psychotherapy plan
- Work after-school/early evening hours, usually with 1 - 2 hours per week for each client's family
- Ability to build a caseload of multiple clients
- Independent contract role as member of an interdisciplinary clinical team; MT needs throughout Lancaster County, PA
- Flexible scheduling for work/life balance
Requirements
- Graduate degree with at least 9 credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work or counseling from an accredited college/university AND a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth or young adults
- Graduate degree from an accredited university with at least 9 credits specific to clinical practice in clinical psychology, social work, education, counseling, or related field AND completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicum
- Experience working with children diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum Disorder
- PA License (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) preferred
- PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance (current within 12 months)
- PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance (current within 12 months)
- FBI Department of Human Service background clearance - Service code: 1KG738 (current within 12 months)
- TB screening (current within 3 months)
- Official transcripts from graduate program
- Professional liability insurance
- Valid PA licensure (if applicable- LSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
