About the role
- Provide therapy as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Work outpatient weekday schedules
- Maintain schedule autonomy (hybrid, telehealth, full-time or part-time)
- Participate in or provide supervision and weekly case consultations
- Engage in continuing education and professional development
- Coordinate with support staff for administrative tasks (credentialing, insurance authorizations, payment collection)
Requirements
- Providers MUST be licensed as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT in Massachusetts
- Ability to work Full-Time or Part-Time
- Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office
