Financial Planning and Analysis

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations across the Americas (Canada, U.S., Colombia)
• Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital to ensure financial stability
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control (OPEX & CAPEX)
• Supervise payroll and ensure compliance and accuracy across jurisdictions
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments
• Own the P&L and deliver accurate, insightful FP&A reporting
• Develop financial models for business cases, ROI assessments, and scenario planning
• Track and analyze KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
• Collaborate with CEO, Group CFO (Europe), and regional leadership to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, corporate regulations, and statutory filings across jurisdictions
• Manage external audits, internal controls, and risk mitigation frameworks (currency, credit, operational risk)
• Implement and improve financial processes and systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus)
• Lead and develop finance team members in Canada and Colombia (currently 2 direct reports)
• Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and business partnership within the finance function
