About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Finalize Microsoft Dynamics NAV deployment in all group entities.
Conduct training workshops and initial training for new joiners.
Provide Level 2 support on ERP incidents.
Write and update functional documentation on ERP.
Perform settings in accordance with business requirements and group policies.
Coordinate deployment and enhancement projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in report development or similar role.
Strong experience with reporting tools such as Actuate (preferred), Crystal Reports, Jasper Reports, or equivalent.
Solid knowledge of SQL (mandatory).
Experience in financial services, banking systems, or FinTech is a strong advantage.
Basic programming knowledge (Java or similar) is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
