- Manage day-to-day operations for multiple short-term rental properties
- Handle calendars, bookings, and guest communication with professionalism
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers efficiently
- Maintain high ratings and positive guest experiences across all properties
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Monitor market trends and competitor performance to optimize listings
- Continuously improve operational efficiency and property performance
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) to manage listings and automate workflows
- Ensure compliance with local and international short-term rental regulations
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience managing short-term rental properties
- Strong operational knowledge of pricing, booking flows, and guest management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently in a remote setting
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with property management systems and operational tools, knowledge of rental regulations and compliance requirements, strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
