About the role
- Responsible for the design and implementation of scalable, secure enterprise-wide technical solutions
- Work closely and collaborate with different engineering departments
- Responsible for the development, document, and maintenance of best practices solutions guidelines
- Responsible for developing, implement and document any POC (prove of concept)
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure solutions are integrated
- Communicate with the stakeholders and other teams
- Function as the highest technical escalation level for the organization
- Design and escalation for support/troubleshooting of complex customer environments
Requirements
- Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- CCIE or equivalent -- preferred
- CCNP or equivalent -- must have
- Over 10 years in related field
- AWS and Azure networking - design and implementation
- Site-to-site VPNs along with client VPNs - Meraki, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Checkpoint
- Securing networks with UTM appliances - Palo Alto, Fortinet and Checkpoint
- Python, Ansible and Linux experience
- Experience with BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP large corporate LAN/WANs
- Troubleshoot complex networks to identify root cause issue
- Experience with Velocloud, Prisma Access, Prisma SD-WAN, Cisco Meraki, Juniper, Aruba, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Nokia, Cisco System IT Infrastructure, Cloud deployment
- Network Security, SASE Enterprise and Data Center architecture
- Communications/customer skills
