About the role

Requirements
- Native proficiency in French
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with computer systems and customer management software
