About the role
- Consistently grow the practice through expansion of services to existing clients, cross selling with other advisory practices, and obtaining new clients.
- Serve as the face of the Firm to the local market team and the local marketplace.
- Execute the Firm and Audit Service Line vision, strategy, and goals for the Louisville audit practice, as well as support other leaders in their execution of the strategic plan.
- Lead Market execution of Firm strategy and goals through reinforcement of Firm Vision Model and champion of Firm’s shared values.
- Ensure proper communication flow to the market related to Firm initiatives.
- Develop professionals within the practice and build a talent pipeline with the requisite technical expertise.
- Drive consistency, collaboration and communication among Service Line, Market Leaders, Shared Service Leaders, Advisory and Industry Leaders as well as with other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Masters preferred.
- Must be CPA certified and have an active CPA license.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience with a large local, regional or national public accounting firm.
- Demonstrated experience in driving growth and building an office, practice, industry group, service line or similar.
- Ability to drive success through the influencing of Partners and staff.
