Oversee successful delivery of services and solutions to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD).
Ensure effective contract delivery, client satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
Support business development capture activities and foster strong client relationships.
Lead a team of managers overseeing project delivery and provide guidance and support to project managers.
Manage and mentor project managers, set performance expectations, and conduct contract performance reviews.
Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across client service teams and the organization.
Ensure projects have adequate contractual coverage and meet corporate financial targets.
Monitor client satisfaction, address issues promptly, and identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
Stay abreast of industry trends, government policies, and market dynamics that impact client needs.
Requirements
Proven experience (8+ years) in a client-facing role within a government consulting firm delivering IT services and solutions to Federal clients. OSD focus is a plus.
Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret.
BS/BA, MS degree preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong employee and client relationships.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management and development.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. PMP preferred.
