About the role
- Serve as a Techno-Functional SAP EAM/PM Consultant focusing on SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management
- Configure SAP EAM components including notifications, work orders, and workflows
- Integrate SAP PM with field scheduling, mobility solutions, and third-party systems (e.g., GIS)
- Manage end-to-end asset management processes and maintenance planning
- Participate in ERP/EAM implementation lifecycle using agile and waterfall methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to design and deliver solutions
- Provide technical competence and troubleshooting; support ABAP debugging where needed
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP EAM and SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Deep knowledge and hands-on configuration experience in notifications, work orders, and associated workflows
- Proven ability to integrate SAP PM with field scheduling solutions and mobility tools
- Experience managing integration with SAP core modules (FI, MM, CO) and third-party/non-SAP systems like GIS
- Solid understanding of the complete project lifecycle for ERP/EAM implementations
- Direct experience working in agile and waterfall methodologies
- Working knowledge of SAP technologies; ABAP debugging is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Fiori, SAP Work Manager, or SAP Asset Manager
- Strong asset management and maintenance planning process knowledge across utilities, manufacturing, or transportation
- Certifications in SAP EAM/PM or agile project management preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Position is Independent Contractor / Corp-to-Corp (1099/C2C)
