About the role

  • Support the continued growth of Sidekick Network’s talent pool in Germany
  • Regularly staff international projects with a minimum duration of 6 to 12 months
  • Specific tasks depend on the client's needs for each project request
  • Partial on-site presence in Germany is required
  • Only candidates based within the EU can be considered

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant
  • Extensive background in business process management, SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and group-wide ERP transformation programs – covering the full lifecycle from fit/gap analysis to hypercare
  • Proven experience in SAP system implementations, including S/4HANA Finance
  • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA FI/CO, particularly in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO)
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes in finance and controlling
  • Hands-on experience in carve-out projects and navigating complex separation scenarios within ERP landscapes
  • Basic customizing skills in FI/CO are considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of additional SAP modules such as SD, PM, or QM is desirable
  • Proven track record in leading change initiatives and making sound decisions in dynamic environments
  • Comfortable working in agile settings and familiar with frameworks like Scrum or SAFe
  • Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
