SC Case Manager

Program Manager

• Provide administrative and programmatic leadership for the Feeding Our Neighbor’s Program

Program Director, Feeding Our Neighbors

Outreach Coordinator

• Works closely with the Department Director, Program Manager and Supervising Attorney to support the program’s outreach activities in the relevant community districts.
• Development and implementation of an effective outreach plan for communicating with communities about eviction prevention.
• Identify, develop, and maintain contacts with diverse representatives from several stakeholders in target communities such as community-based agency leaders, community social services providers, neighborhood associations, residents, and others.
• Works with the Supervising Attorney and Department Director to coordinate and engage in outreach activities, including researching agencies for homelessness prevention contacts, developing relationships with organizations in the community, and assisting in the development of new outreach methods.
• Contribute to the assessment of community assets and needs in preventing homelessness.
• Provide support to any additional outreach personnel and volunteers.
• Assist in the development of electronic and print communication materials such as list-serves, fact sheets, flyers, brochures, mailing lists, directories, and other related materials.
• Create and maintain a detailed work plan and report regularly on progress.
• Provide general assistance with administrative tasks such as follow-up telephone calls, mailings, photocopying, and faxes.
• Develop and participate as instructor for the CCCS Financial Literacy workshops.

Assistant

• Provide crisis intervention to individuals and families facing a housing crisis and who are most at risk of shelter entry or re-entry
• Conduct assessments of individual and family problems and follow-up with brief services or referrals to Catholic Charities programs
• Develop and maintain communication with other programs and departments for inter-agency referrals
• Assist clients in applying for and receiving public and private benefits
• Maintain current and accurate documentation of services provided to clients
• Attend Agency’s in-service training and unit meetings as well as agency-related activities

General

• Serve as the primary administrative point person for all programmatic matters, maintaining professional relationships with internal teams and external partners

• Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the strategic leadership, direction, programmatic quality, financial integrity, management, operations, and overall sustainability of the Developmental Center.
• The CEO oversees all agency programs, operations, finances, facilities, and personnel while ensuring excellence in service delivery, regulatory compliance, organizational culture, and mission impact.
• The CEO serves as the organization’s strategic leader, representative, and primary public advocate, while ensuring high-quality educational and developmental outcomes for children and families, workforce stability, strong internal systems, and operational accountability.
• Provide strategic leadership and organizational direction aligned with the agency’s mission, values, and long-term sustainability.
• Lead strategic planning efforts that anticipate policy, regulatory, demographic, and funding changes affecting preschool special education and developmental disability services.
