Leverage Right Part Right Time methodologies to illuminate Velocity defects
Analyze data to identify critical supply chain gaps and lead projects to define root causes and establish and implement permanent corrective actions
Identify, define, and implement integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvements, including building internal and external alliances to explore opportunities
Establish and govern effective linkages, partnerships, and best practices with business partners and internal functions
Provide Assurance of Supply support across the Integrated Components Division
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelors degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Engineering, or demonstrate equivalent knowledge through professional expertise.
Supply Chain Management: Lead cross-functional teams to implement supply chain improvements.
Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Develops, refines, and communicates tactical plans for own responsibilities.
Effectiveness Measurement: Under guidance, reports measurement results in actionable form to management.
Conflict Management: Mediates and resolves conflicts among individuals, groups, and departments.
