About the role

  • Lead the Technology Acceleration charter within the Logistics & Supply Network Engineering team with a strong focus on automation, analytics, and digital enablement
  • Lead the continued rollout, stabilization, and adoption of Workforce Optimization (WFO) across AP ILS facilities
  • Own the value tracker for all technology‑enabled initiatives within scope, provide regular, structured updates on value realization, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership
  • Work closely with regional logistics, supply chain, IT, analytics, and trade compliance teams to drive aligned execution
  • Establish governance mechanisms to prioritize initiatives, manage dependencies, and ensure disciplined execution
  • Contribute to longer‑term digital and capability roadmaps for logistics and supply chain functions
  • Benchmark practices among different facilities and industry for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
  • at least 10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong experience in logistics, supply chain engineering, or operations transformation
  • Proven track record in leading digital, analytics, or automation initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Experience driving change management and adoption across operational teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into executive‑level insights
  • Data analytics experience, including knowledge and demonstrated use of analytics software (Power BI, Python, or similar tools)
