About the role

  • Provide consistent coaching, 1:1s, development planning, and role clarity to employees.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, teamwork, learning, and accountability.
  • Drive the full performance cycle including quarterly reviews, feedback loops, improvement plans, and individual success metrics aligned to operational needs.
  • Own the hiring, onboarding, capability planning, skills assessment, and long-term development paths for employees within the team.
  • Manage attendance, conduct issues, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with HR and organizational policy.
  • Collaborate with operational managers to understand workload, performance expectations, skill gaps, and resource needs.
  • Support integration and oversight of external vendor workforce when aligned to people-based management needs.
  • Hire third-party contract workers to provide short-term or burst capacity at the request of operational teams, including evaluating technical resource vendors and selecting temporary workers to meet workload, skill, or project-based needs.

Requirements

  • Masters or bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • 10–12 years professional experience, with 4–5 years of people leadership, talent development, and supervisory responsibilities.
  • This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office
