- Managing a large mining industry portfolio, large customer base, and/or large growth potential industry territory in a highly independent environment
- Coordinating with Dealers, Region Team, Product Groups, Business Resources, and other key internal partners
- Establishing deep relationships with mining industry leaders and customer decision makers
- Utilizing mining industry analysis and customer insights for pipeline growth
- Collecting customer requirements and providing them to Industry Strategy Managers
- Leveraging Fleet Service Agreements and new offerings
- Expanding the customer portfolio base through a focus on new customers and applications
- Integrating technology into solutions for customer outcomes
- Achieving Total Contract Value Sales in the mining industry portfolio
