  • Utilizing mining industry analysis and customer insights for pipeline growth
  • Collecting customer requirements and providing them to Industry Strategy Managers
  • Leveraging Fleet Service Agreements and new offerings
  • Expanding the customer portfolio base through a focus on new customers and applications
  • Integrating technology into solutions for customer outcomes
  • Achieving Total Contract Value Sales in the mining industry portfolio
