About the role

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of development programs and initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to diagnose capability needs and build scalable development solutions.
  • Manage the creation of high-quality learning content using modern instructional design methodologies.
  • Evaluate pilot programs and existing curricula for enhancements.
  • Coach and facilitate sessions with senior leaders, cultivating a culture of continuous leadership development.
  • Manage regional deployment of programs effectively, ensuring operational logistics are well-coordinated.
  • Assess program effectiveness through feedback and business outcomes for continuous refinement.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Learning & Development, HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
  • Extensive experience designing, delivering, and consulting on learning and leadership development programs.
  • Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management capabilities across complex or distributed environments.
  • Proven ability to use needs assessments and data to guide learning strategy and program design.
