About the role
- Manage assigned dealers' relationships to market company products and services and assist in the development of dealer sales capability.
- Design and assist dealers on the forecast, sales strategy planning, and sales techniques, supporting the rollout of new work tool products.
- Perform regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensure implementation of corrective actions where needed.
- Act within the business process guidance on review and approval for variance programs and commercial actions.
- Present products or services to stakeholders, answering any customer questions, and addressing their needs.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
- High level of autonomy in work with strong drive and organizational capabilities.
- Knowledge of Caterpillar products, machine work tools, and applications.
- Previous experience with Cat Work Tool portfolio, ordering, and coordination
- Experience in previous commercial roles involving dealer and/or customer facing interactions
