• Extract and analyze CRM data, purchase behavior, customer service feedback, and survey insights
• Build and maintain customer dashboards for ongoing and ad hoc analysis in Looker
• Support lifecycle marketing with data-driven direction on segmentation, audience targeting, and campaign performance
• Develop A/B testing frameworks for creative, messaging, send frequency, and timing
• Define metrics and tracking to measure retention health, brand engagement, and customer lifetime value
• Provide analytical support for Catbird's loyalty program and clienteling initiatives
• Analyze site performance, conversion funnels, and digital revenue trends
• Partner with the e-commerce and merchandising team on product performance, merchandising mix, and promotional impact
• Build automated reporting in Looker to surface key metrics across the digital business
• Create weekly and monthly performance summaries with clear, actionable takeaways
• Translate complex analyses into plain-language recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
• Establish and maintain shared KPI frameworks used across business teams
