About the role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Beauty customers across EMEA
- Proactively open doors and develop relationships with global Beauty brands
- Identify and qualify new opportunities with national customers
- Lead product and commercial proposals, quotations and negotiations
- Coordinate daily operational topics with internal teams
- Ensure professional, reliable and consistent customer communication
- Attend tradeshows, exhibitions and congresses across EMEA
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field
- 5 to 10 years of B2B commercial experience
- Strong understanding of the Beauty / Personal Care customer landscape
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
