About the role

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Beauty customers across EMEA
  • Proactively open doors and develop relationships with global Beauty brands
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities with national customers
  • Lead product and commercial proposals, quotations and negotiations
  • Coordinate daily operational topics with internal teams
  • Ensure professional, reliable and consistent customer communication
  • Attend tradeshows, exhibitions and congresses across EMEA

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field
  • 5 to 10 years of B2B commercial experience
  • Strong understanding of the Beauty / Personal Care customer landscape
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
