About the role

  • Own and manage Castlemain’s HRIS (UKG) and related systems (e.g., Kantata, reporting tools)
  • Lead system configuration, optimization, testing, and documentation
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment across systems
  • Partner with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders on integrations, enhancements, and issue resolution
  • Design and deliver recurring People reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, PTO, lifecycle metrics)
  • Translate People data into clear, actionable insights for leaders
  • Own end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, and status change processes
  • Standardize and improve People Team workflows and templates
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, rework, and operational risk

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, or People Systems roles
  • Experience with UKG (UltiPro); Kantata experience an asset
  • Strong technical and analytical capability (Excel required; Power BI or similar tools an asset)
  • Proven experience owning systems, processes, and data end to end
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and follow-through
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across teams and priorities
  • Passion for process improvement and building sustainable operations
  • Self-identifying as Indigenous and/or having lived or worked experience with Indigenous communities is considered an asset.
