About the role
- Process mortgage enquiries post completion right through to redemption
- Oversee and manage all post-completion activities for mortgage applications
- Engage with customers up to 6 months before maturity to ensure repayment strategy
- Produce and issue redemption statements
- Monitor project progress for bridging and refurbishment loans
- Update systems and confirm account closures
- Issue annual/ad hoc statements and manage Direct Debits
- Handle general post-completion tasks like borrower death and address changes
- Ensure post-completion conditions are fulfilled
- Manage alerts and activities while ensuring adherence to business policies
- Collaborate with customers, intermediaries, solicitors, and third parties
- Participate in projects and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven background in financial services
- Specific experience in post-completion mortgage process
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage time effectively and juggle conflicting priorities
- Experience handling complex customer calls in a professional manner
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in analysing data and reporting
