About the role

  • Execute and optimise paid search campaigns across Google and Bing, including campaign setup, keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance monitoring.
  • Support performance analysis by spotting trends and building reports alongside the team.
  • Help shape the development of paid search strategies by conducting research, competitive analysis, and brainstorming new ideas.
  • Collaborate with local market teams, organic search, Brand and marketing analytics by assisting with communication, data sharing, and coordination of activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in paid search.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in paid search, including experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel (essential), and experience with Tableau or SQL is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience with Performance Max and/or shopping campaigns valued.
  • Exposure or strong interest in automation, Google Ads scripts, or AI tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Spanish or German a bonus.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, business, finance, IT or related discipline will be highly regarded but not mandatory
