About the role

  • Own the implementation and performance of marketing campaigns across display, programmatic, and paid social channels.
  • Coordinate cross-channel online marketing campaigns to ensure cohesive messaging and optimal performance.
  • Manage and optimize display and programmatic advertising campaigns, including strategy development, audience targeting, and bid management, with hands-on experience using a DSP like DV360.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze paid social media campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for key performance indicators.
  • Utilize our Customer Data Platform (CDP) for audience segmentation, personalization, and activating data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our Growth Marketing Manager to develop and execute overarching growth strategies.
  • Keep all content and advertising material for advertising partners up to date, ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing team to develop compelling new marketing materials for all channels.
  • Be responsible for updating the business on performance across all owned channels, along with producing bespoke reports for our partners.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on display, programmatic, and/or paid social.
  • In-depth knowledge of tracking technologies (Pixel tracking, UTM parameters).
  • Hands-on experience with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), specifically DV360, for running programmatic campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and their application in enhancing marketing efforts.
  • Strong analytical skills; you can interpret and optimize all KPIs across diverse marketing channels.
  • Ability to strengthen existing and develop new relationships within our broad partner network of leading online platforms and magazines to maximise their performance.
  • Strong communication skills and experience building relationships with affiliate partners and media vendors.
  • You communicate complex ideas and strategies easily to different audiences, including executives and external partners.
  • You have outstanding analytical skills and develop data-driven strategies.
  • You are proactive and drive projects and initiatives independently, with a keen eye for growth opportunities.
